Clubhouse Rental Edit page

Please follow the steps below to reserve the Clubhouse:

1. Check the community calendar to see if your date is available. 
2. Log in to your WebAxis account. https://upa.cincwebaxis.com/
3. Click the tab that says, “Reserve an Amenity.” 
4. Click Reserve Now. 
5. Follow the prompts. 
6. Contact Management 72 hours before the event to receive the clubhouse code. 

You can pay for the clubhouse on the site using a debit or credit card. The refundable security deposit will be charged 1 day before your event to the card used for the reservation. After your event, if there is no damage, the security deposit will be refunded to the same card within 3-5 business days. If you have any questions, feel free to contact management.
